The Stripe Professional Services team is focused on helping all our customers, from global enterprises to ambitious startups, quickly adopt and integrate Stripe's capabilities. Our Stripe Accelerate offering is a core part of our services portfolio, primarily supporting startups and SMBs with a more scalable onboarding approach.
Users receive proactive guidance from our Accelerate team to ensure a successful launch, with a 90-day onboarding engagement. Users also gain access to a personalized online user portal and implementation resources to stay aligned with Stripe's best practices.
As the User Onboarding Manager you'll own the relationships with our customers and be responsible for guiding them to successful Stripe implementations. Working closely with our Accelerate Onboarding Specialists team, you'll proactively engage users and shepherd them through the integration process.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $81,400 - $122,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
