In this role, you’d be joining the Workplace Experience Operations team which is part of the broader Finance organization. The mission of the Stripe Workplace team is to build and operate inspirational work environments uniquely designed for productivity and wellbeing. We're looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented person who's enthusiastic about--and has a driving need to deliver--the best possible workplace experience for Stripes. You’ll own day-to-day office management for our Toronto office. This includes: implementing programming aligned with the return to office at Stripe, engagement with key stakeholders in supporting office experience & culture, and strengthening vendor relationships to keep Toronto-based Stripes engaged and productive.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is C$112,800 - C$169,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
