ePages allows merchants to accept payments from their customers online with an integrated payments solution. Seeking to modernize and re-architect their payments platform, ePages wanted to consolidate 10–15 fragmented payment integrations into a single integration with Stripe. They also needed to implement the solution on an aggressive five-month timeline.
Solution
ePages partnered with Stripe professional services to create an integrated payments experience, implementing Stripe as the default payment provider for all new merchants on the platform. The Stripe team built a strong collaborative relationship with ePages by joining sprint planning and reviews, leading key work sessions, and answering questions via email and Slack. With Stripe’s expertise and responsiveness, ePages was unblocked and met their integration timelines.
ePages has continued their partnership with Stripe to expand their B2B business, integrating Stripe Billing to enable automated subscription models.
